• Principal of Stanton Road Capital, LLC responsible for oversight of the private equity and distressed debt investment strategy, portfolio company operations, investor relationships and transaction structuring.
• Co-Founder and Co-President of Pipeline Health, LLC, owner and operator of a $900 million revenue acute care hospital system with locations in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Dallas. Key member of the M&A and financial operations team, with primary responsibility on transaction structures, due diligence, underwriting, investor relationships, and portfolio management.
• Previously was a Director at Paladin Capital, LLC a boutique investment bank in Los Angeles. Executed over $700 million of transactions, including over $400 million in the healthcare industry.
• Holds BS Degrees in Finance & Banking, Finance & Real Estate and Economics and an MBA from the University of Missouri.
