Strawberry Lodge is a historic hospitality destination consisting of 44 rooms on 5.3 acres. SRC in partnership with Tungsten Partners (“Tungsten”), will commence a repositioning of the Property resulting in an additional 19 rooms. Post redevelopment, Strawberry Lodge will consist of 63 keys. Located along Highway 50 en route to Lake Tahoe, this acquisition represents SRC’s eighth investment in California since mid-2014. The Property will be redeveloped alongside Tungsten Partners, a founder and the longest standing owners of the Ace Hotel brand.
