Expo West Otay Mesa is a 7.43-acre Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) site located in the infill San Diego Otay Mesa submarket. The site will be improved including a road expansion and security fencing in order to capture ongoing IOS tenant demand. Strategically located within 15 minutes of two existing border crossings, the Project will benefit from the upcoming Otay Mesa II Port of Entry scheduled for completion in 2027. The Project aims to capitalize on the high demand and limited supply of IOS sites in the submarket.
