Two tenants are growing their space in a recently-purchased North Dallas office high-rise complex.
California-based Stanton Road Capital in June acquired the two Element Towers on LBJ Freeway. The silver glass high-rises have 670,000 square feet of space.
Law firm McGregor & Oblad has doubled its principal office at the Element Towers to 10,000 square feet. And Master Helco, a manufacturer of fencing, expanded its corporate headquarters in the property to 27,500 square feet.
Counting lease renewals, more than 67,000 square feet of leases have recently been signed in the buildings.
