The distinctive office buildings on LBJ Freeway increased Stanton Roads holding in the Dallas area to half a dozen. “We’ve been bullish on Dallas for a long time. Dallas continues to be our largest market. At any given time we have about 3 million square feet of office product. It’s been an anchor market for us because of the fundamentals and the tailwinds from the corporate perspective,” said Stanton Roads Timothy Ronan.
Even though it’s been recently renovated, the Element’s east tower will be receiving a full lobby renovation as will the fitness center. The new owners want to improve on the current 70% occupancy rate.
The silver glass high-rise is currently home to ClubCorp, JDC Healthcare and SCA Promotions.
