Stanton Road Capital LLC acquired Campbell Glen II, a 210,000-square-foot Class A office building in Richardson, TX. The Los Angeles buyer is planning to renovate the property, which was formerly 100% leased to AT&T, as a high-density office property in the Dallas suburb.
Planned investments to the property at 1125 E. Campbell Rd. will include an overhaul of the lobby and common areas, along with The Outpost, an SRC tenant amenity package. Components of the package include a fitness center, tenant lounge with wi-fi, fresh grab-and-go food and beverages and outdoor spaces. The new owner will also develop a structured parking garage.
Clint Madison and John Fancher with Cushman & Wakefield are serving as the property’s leasing agents. HFF’s Christopher Murphy brokered the acquisition with Dallas-based seller Macfarlan Capital Partners.
