Resort Vacations has extended its lease for four years at Stanton Road Capital’s TriCentre in Orange.
Stanton Road Capital bought the 10-story office tower at 333 S. Anita Drive in 2019, and said it has made significant investments upgrading the tenant experience. Recently completed projects include a fully overhauled lobby and outdoor courtyard available as a second working space for all tenants.
Additional tenants include Gallagher Bassett Services and MegaMex Foods, a subsidiary of Hormel.
