National law firm Lathrop GPM LLP will move its Kansas City headquarters to a new 47,000-square-foot office at Stanton Road Capital’s 2323 Grand Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri.
The firm is relocating from 2345 Grand Boulevard where it has been based since the 1970s. The new space will be designed to adopt the firm’s companywide shift toward a hybrid work approach and is intended to enhance collaboration between employees and clients.
Lathrop’s office will be located on floors seven and eight with nine conference rooms, private offices, open workspaces and employee wellness rooms. The firm was also drawn to 2323 Grand due to Stanton Road Capital’s investment in the building’s overall amenities, such as a conference center with seating for up to 135 guests, updated gym, tenant lounge, spacious dining area, and outdoor patio. Local favorite, Grand Coffee Co., will also be creating a new location within the building to offer elevated food, beverage and catering options for all 2323 Grand tenants.
Located in the heart of Downtown Kansas City, 2323 Grand sits at the intersection of the Crossroads Art District and Crown Center directly across from Union Station and the new RideKC streetcar station. The 320,976 SF, 11-story, Class “A” building offers on-site parking, flexible floor plates, as well as spec suites. Stanton Road Capital acquired the property in late 2017.
Travis Helgeson and Miles McCune of Range Realty Partners are the exclusive leasing agents for 2323 Grand.
Lathrop GPM was represented by Scott Bluhm with Newmark Zimmer.
