Investment firm Stanton Road Capital LLC finalized its sixth suburban office purchase in six years.

SRC acquired the 176K SF Esters 114 Business Center in Irving, bringing two Class-A buildings into its portfolio. The firm started acquiring suburban office product in DFW in 2014.

The site is 91% leased. The buyer retained Cushman & Wakefield’s Clint Madison and John Fancher to handle leasing for the site.
