Irving has landed another corporate headquarters.
Lawn & Garden LLC, a gardening products firm that owns several well-known brands, is moving its head office to the Esters 114 Business Center north of DFW International Airport. It will occupy 11,409 square feet in the two-building campus on Esters Boulevard owned by California-based investor Stanton Road Capital.
The company is moving from a less visible address near State Highway 121 in Coppell.
“We feel Lawn & Garden’s decision to make Esters 114 its headquarters fits our belief that the profile of this property is what tenants are drawn toward,” Stanton Road’s Tim Ronan Jr. said in a statement.
Stanton Road acquired the almost 178,000-square-foot office complex in 2020and made improvements to the property. Along with the Irving buildings, the investor also has properties in Far North Dallas and Las Colinas.
Lawn & Garden owns several well-known national garden products brands, including Gilmour, Nelson and Weedblock.
Clint Madison, John Fancher and Randy Wood of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the Irving headquarters lease with Bill Buntyn and Dylan Smith with Colliers International.
Irving is home to a large number of major corporate headquarters. During the last five years, the city has added more than 21,000 jobs from relocating or expanding employers. Some of the recent moves to the city include Caterpillar Inc.’s relocation last year from the Chicago area.
