DiPasquale Moore completes office renovation in Plaza office tower

A growing Kansas City law firm has established a new flagship office with a recent relocation to the Country Club Plaza — and with a greater footprint than initially planned.

DiPasquale Moore signed a lease late last year to occupy 34,714 square feet in the Plaza West office tower at 4600 Madison Ave., nearly tripling its former footprint at Manor Square in Westport. More recently, in the spring, the law firm added 9,873 square feet, for a 44,587-square-foot total footprint on two floors in the 16-story building.

DiPasquale Moore in late summer completed a full renovation of its new offices to create a modern workplace environment for clients and more than 100 local employees, with individual workstations, conference rooms designed for in-person and remote meetings, and three flexible gathering areas.

Building owner Stanton Road Capital, a Los Angeles-based investment management firm, provided for tenant improvements. John A. Marshall Co. served as design group for the new offices.

Stanton Road Capital — Plaza West’s owner since 2016 — has completed lobby and common area renovations in the building. It also has implemented “spec suites,” or small turnkey offices for tenants in need of space on a fast timeline, in Plaza West and another property it owns, 2323 Grand in Crown Center. Plaza West is 69% occupied.

“(DiPasquale Moore’s space is) representative of the type of modern workspaces Stanton Road Capital wants to help provide for our tenants and demonstrates how Plaza West continues to be a premier property in the Kansas City area,” Tim Ronan Jr., the firm’s founder and managing partner, said in the release.

Travis Helgeson and Miles McCune of Range Realty Partners are the exclusive leasing agents for Plaza West. Stanton Road Capital also has retained Cushman & Wakefield for the building’s property management services. Evan Warwick of Colliers International represented DiPasquale Moore in its recent lease.
